All orders are processed and dispatched from the UK. We offer UK with delivery times and shipping costs calculated at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Please note that we do not dispatch orders on UK bank holidays or public holidays.

Refunds
We maintain a strict no-refund policy. In very rare and exceptional circumstances, and solely at our discretion, we may offer a refund. Each case will be reviewed carefully before a decision is made.
We kindly advise customers to carefully review sizing before placing an order and ensure that items correspond with sizes previously ordered. Once your order has been placed, changes of mind cannot be accommodated.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges are considered only in exceptional circumstances and solely at our discretion, including:

If an exchange request is approved, all shipping costs to and from the customer must be covered by the customer unless the issue was caused by us.
