At ZAINAM, every garment is carefully prepared with attention to detail to ensure the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our collections, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before placing your order.

1. Refunds

  • We maintain a strict no-refund policy.

  • In very rare and exceptional circumstances, and solely at our discretion, we may offer refund.

  • No refunds are available for custom sizing orders.

  • Final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Final Sale

Products marked as Final Sale on the product page cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

These items may include:

  • Limited stock pieces

  • Discounted items

  • Clearance collection pieces

We kindly advise customers to carefully review sizing before placing an order. Once an order has been confirmed, changes of mind cannot be accommodated.

3. Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges are considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Receiving a faulty item

  • Receiving the incorrect item or size

  • Lost parcels

If an exchange request is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.

  • Custom-sized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sizing and colour selection remain the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

4. Handmade & Custom Orders

Each ZAINAM piece is carefully prepared with individual attention to detail. Any issues regarding:

  • sizing

  • detailing

  • custom requests

must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order request confirmation. Requests made after this timeframe may be declined.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours after purchase.

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

  • In approved exchange cases, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.

  • If you receive a faulty item or incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
