At ZAINAM, every garment is carefully prepared with attention to detail to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Due to the custom nature of our collections, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before placing your order.


1. Refunds

  • We maintain a strict no-refund policy.

  • No refunds are available for custom sizing orders.

  • Final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


2. Final Sale

Products marked as Final Sale on the product page cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

These items may include:

  • Limited stock pieces

  • Discounted items

  • Clearance collection pieces

We kindly advise customers to carefully review sizing before placing an order. Once an order has been confirmed, changes of mind cannot be accommodated.


3. Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges are considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Receiving the incorrect item

3.1 Shipping Costs

If an exchange request is approved, customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.

3.2 Custom Sizing

Custom-sized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sizing and colour selection remain the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our detailed sizing guide available on our website before ordering.

5. Handmade & Custom-Made Policy

Each ZAINAM piece is carefully prepared with individual attention to detail.

Any concerns regarding:

  • custom requests

must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. Requests made after this timeframe may be declined.


6. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours after purchase, allowing time for the 24-hour cancellation window.


7. Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned except in legitimate circumstances.

  • In approved exchange cases, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.

  • If you receive a faulty item or incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
